General Return Policy
- We offer 30 days satisfaction guarantee from the date of purchase for most of the products that we sell unless it is a special order or labor.
- Shipping is not refundable. If Free Shipping was received, actual shipping amount will be deducted from the return.
- Before return is placed, RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number should be obtained via phone or email (877-536-3976 or email support@lenexpo-electronics.com ). Once you have obtained an RMA number from Lenexpo, Inc., you must send the product(s) freight prepaid to Lenexpo, Inc. within 30 days from RMA issuance date.
- Any returns received by Lenexpo after 30 days from the RMA issuance date are subject to 15% restocking fee. Any returnes received after 60 days from RMA issuance date will not be processed and will be sent back to you at your expense.
- An RMA form included in your RMA confirmation email must be fully filled out and included with your return to insure a quick processing on our side. Absence of the fully filled out form might delay processing of your return.
- All product(s) must be in the original condition, in the original packaging and have all parts, accessories, manuals, etc. included. Otherwise a restocking fee will be applied in the amount of damages/cost of missing items. Please note that we will not accept any product(s) that has been damaged as a result of accident, abuse, misuse, natural or personal disaster, or any unauthorized disassemble, repair or modification. They will be sent back to you at your expense, and no refund/exchange will be issued.
- Please use a shipping company that can demonstrate proof of delivery (such as Federal Express, UPS, etc.). Lenexpo, Inc. does not accept responsibility for any lost shipments unless proof of delivery to Lenexpo is provided. Product(s) shipped to Lenexpo must be properly packaged to prevent damage in transit. The Lenexpo RMA number must be prominently displayed on the outside of your package. If you send your product(s) to Lenexpo without the RMA number prominently displayed on the outside of the package, it will not be processed and returned to you at your own expense. No refund/exchange will be issued in this case.
Refused Shipments
- The quickest way for us to be able to handle a return for you is for you to accept delivery and then contact us about sending the item back. If you refuse shipment, your shipping will still not be refunded; it will only delay your credit for your purchase. On all shipments to customers, we incur shipping and handling costs.
- If through no fault of Lenexpo the shipment is refused, we will charge your account for any shipping and handling fees to recover the expenses we incurred. We also reserve the right to impose a 20% restocking fee for an unauthorized return.
Advanced Replacements and Warranty
- In order to get an advanced replacement, Atlona Support Team must verify the product is indeed defective. Once it has been verified that the product is defective, a new order will be made; the customer/ dealer will be charged for the product and shipping.
- Once we receive the defective product we will issue a credit for the product minus shipping costs.
- In order to get a warranty replacement for a defective item, Atlona Support Team must verify the product is eligible for warranty. A warranty number will then be issued to the customer along with the Warranty Form. Both the Warranty Number and the Warranty Form must be completely filled out printed and shipped along with the product.
- Shipped replacements for Warranty, will be in new like conditions, tested and all components included.

Other Terms and Conditions:
- Lenexpo must receive all returns within 30 days of the issuance of an RA number. Otherwise, Lenexpo will return the product to you with outbound shipping costs to be paid at your own expense.
- All products returned to Lenexpo must be complete and in the original manufacturer's box and packaging, with all peripherals and accessories intact, otherwise could be sent back or charged an appropriate restocking fee.
- Products that are found to be not re-stockable for any reason will be returned to you at your expense (outbound shipping costs). If the product is found to be damaged by your carrier, you will be contacted by Customer Service to make arrangements with your carrier to pick up the product and to file your claim.
- An RA number must be obtained before you return a product for any reason. Product received without a valid RA number (such as refused shipments) is subject to a restocking fee of 25 percent of the total credit, above and beyond any other applicable fees, or may be returned to you at your expense. Lenexpo will not be liable for any loss or damage to unauthorized returns.
- Lenexpo reserves the right to refuse returns of certain products due to manufacturer restrictions.
- Lenexpo must be notified within 30 days from your return authorization date if you have sent us a product and have not received credit. Signed proof of delivery to our facility will be required before we can begin our research. Requests received over 30 days from your return authorization date may cause your credit to be forfeited.
Freight Discrepancy:
If you have a product that is damaged by a carrier or lost in transit, or you have an incomplete shipment from Lenexpo, you must contact the Customer Service Department. No matter what the condition of the product, you must sign for the shipment and note any discrepancies/exceptions on the carrier's Delivery Receipt. FAILURE TO NOTE ANY DISCREPANCIES FOR A SHIPMENT MAY CAUSE YOUR CLAIM TO BE DENIED.
Requests to research a Freight Discrepancy must be made within 10 days from the invoice date. If they are requested past 10 days, we will be unable to honor your request. Some carriers limit the time we can report a Freight Claim to them; therefore, some freight issues may have additional time restrictions.
When reporting a discrepancy, you must include the following information:
- Sales Order or Invoice Number
- Serial Number ( if available )
- Product Code
- Tracking Number
- Quantity Ordered
